How it works:
Fill out our program application.
This will let us know more about what you are looking for professionally, like your preferred industry, the days and hours you want to work, pay scale, etc.
After receiving your application, we’ll look into our job database to match you with the best fit.
Our goal is a satisfied worker, so if we don’t have a good match, we will talk to you, explain our options and create a plan with you to keep looking. If we have available positions that are a good fit, we will share them with you and bring you in for an in-person interview with our team.
During our in-person interview, we’ll share the job description & benefits, and ask you questions to prepare your profile.
During this time, we will discuss your job history and address any employment gaps. We will also review your resume or assist in drafting one if you don’t already have one.
We will submit a profile to the company highlighting you.
Once the company is interested in you, they will ask for an interview. We will prepare you by having a mock interview beforehand, and provide all the information you need to set you up for success!
Once hired, we’ll help you fill out the paperwork.
You’re all set!
Once you’ve started, we will continue our support assigning a mentor to you who will assess any other needs you have.
We will also check in periodically to ensure you’re adjusting well to the job. You’ll be invited to professional and personal development workshops, as well as our industry nights.
After 3 months in your new job, you can opt into our Career Coach program.
This allows you to work with a professional to map out the next steps to achieve your career goals.
