2) Essential Skills: Financial Literacy (bilingual), Cultural Differences, and Technology Skills.

3) ESL: English to Employment: Workforce-focused language training to prepare for job opportunities.

4) GED Preparation: Supporting young adults and adults in earning their GED for career advancement.

Workforce Training & Certifications

1) Career Pathways: Individual Service Plans tailored for job placement.

2) Hard Skills Training: Courses in Application Development, 3D Printing, Web Design, and more

3) Certification Support: Help cover fees/training in five key industries—Healthcare (CNA), Hospitality (SafeServ), Manufacturing (OSHA, Forklift, HVAC), Customer Service, and Logistics.

1) Industry Nights: Companies provide career insights, internships, and networking

2)Mock Interviews: Preparing participants for in-person and virtual job interviews

3)Entrepreneurial Program: Piloted in 2024, the “Women’s Empowerment Program” helps underserved women to start businesses.
